Christopher was wonderful helping us find outdoor furniture that would last in the Arizona sun. We love our new dining set and chaise loungers by the pool. The Mallin double padded slings are perfect, and we don’t have to worry about pack rats chewing on sunbrella cushions anymore. We also love our new umbrellas. The prices here are obnoxious
High quality and expensive furniture. Great customer service and delivery.
Good experience buying patio furniture from them. The sales rep was really helpful and delivery was prompt the following week!
At big fat zero for customer service. I asked a few questions, and the staff seemed to be bothered by it. I ended up going across town and purchasing a much more customer service oriented business. Contrary to popular belief, customer service is not dead, and it ranks very high on my list of priorities. Shame on you folks for losing a sale.
