There needs to be a ZERO!!! Have been there in the past & they were "OK" , but NEVER again! Did not soak nails prior to starting, did not use lotion, no forearm/hand massage, was much to rough on cuticles, dirty work station (lots of nail dust from previous client & I don't thing tools were sanitized. African-American nail tech talked on her phone the entire time of my manicure! I probably wouldn't go back. I paid 65.00 for gel nails and the next day one of them popped and the nail polish started cracking off my nails. like it was old or something.
