I choosing this facility for my mom, the service that we received was horrible! I’m very saddened about it. The key is not the only thing I’m upset about The key was reported in the office Monday and today is Friday so from Monday to Friday there was no communication from this facility and you’re right it should be communication. there’s other incidents that I have a recorded of and also text message I communicated about it.
