It was a quick and easy
So unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and got a confirmation that I could come in. When I arrived, the staff was "tired" and wanted to have lunch first. They closed the office in front of me and went to have lunch (at 4 PM), without telling me how long I would have to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and walked out.
Quick and friendly service. Very thorough. Assisted me by printing out the fingerprinting form when I showed up a little unprepared.
