I went to Mr. Jim Boseman with Todays Home on January 17th. My husband and I sat down with him and a basic drawing of what we wanted for our floor plan and home design. I was told we would receive a preliminary drawing of the plans to approve, make necessary changes and continue on to finished set of plans. The original floor plan was 2400 sqft but we ask him to reduce it to 1800. After two month is hearing nothing from Todays Home I emailed to see when we would at least have a preliminary drawing.
