If you want printing services that require constant troubleshooting and customer service that gives you the run around for solutions, look no further than TBS! The amount of time I spend every day helping library patrons print because our printer kiosk DOES NOT WORK is astronomical and taking valuable time away from my actual work duties. We have been giving our IT department detailed notes for months now about all the things that go wrong so they can pass everything along to TBS, and nothing has improved.
