Contacted TP for a leak detection; paid $137 for the service. Appointment scheduled for 9am, the plumbers arrived shortly after 3pm. With our basic plumbing knowledge & common sense we were not confident that the leak was detected in the correct area by the Sonar machine nor the plumbers. We questioned them three times and they confirmed the area of the leak. We did not feel confident in their diagnosis so we got a quote from another company who found the CORRECT area of the leak, which was in ANOTHER bathroom. If we had lis... read more
Look elsewhere!!! Had an appointment for 9am and at 9:36 I call to verify of they are still coming and they had the audacity to tell me they were unable to come and do the service. If I had not call, I would still be waiting!!
