We are very pleased with our new home. The sales person, Jenifer, and project managers, David and Rob, have been very helpful. We have had the normal new-build adjustments that needed to be made. But they have had quick response time to all our concerns. Our smoke and CO alarms started randomly going off five weeks after we moved in. I put in a warranty request on Today's website. The electricians were here by the end of the day to change them all out. We are very thankful we chose to buy this home.
I have loved working for the company. Today Homes has a great product offering! Bringing affordable new construction homes that are built beautifully to Delaware.
