Highly recommend! Josh is amazing!! We had many hurdles in our land/home purchase due to our unique situation. Do not trust these people. Do not buy a home or anything from them. If they think they can get away with pulling a con on you they will do their best to do so. I will just tell you my recent experience and let you make a better life choice to go somewhere else. I bought a home through the salesman Josh back in May. Totally recommend them. They are super nice and are willing to go above and beyond for you. Josh is the best. He is willing to do anything and everything to get you in a nice new home that you can afford.
