What really makes it stand out is the atmosphere, motivating but never intimidating. Whether you're just starting out or have been training for years, it feels like a supportive place to grow. Started with today fitness just under a year ago and have loved my experience since joining. Greeted by an enthusiastic team at front desk everyday to having personal trainers with a vast range of training to offer not to mention its aesthetic lighting and equipment for all types of training the today fitness crew has done well to lay the platform for a gym to feel like home. There is no better gym than this gym. Staff are fantastic, lighting is great, community and vibe is top notch. Machines are also well maintained. I wouldn't go to any other gym if you live anywhere near Villawood.
