i’ve been going to today for about 6 months and can I just say i’m obsessed. I focus on pilates but they have a bit of everything for everyone. Steph is a wonderful pilates instructor! she is so lovely and kind but also pushes me and always is the most encouraging. Everyone is so nice and makes the gym feel like such a safe space. If you are looking for a pilates instructor that knows what she’s doing while being super sweet and just wanting the best for you, STEPH IS YOUR GIRL!!

The gym is aesthetically pleasing and the staff are so friendly! I attend the gym mainly to attend the Pilates classes and I highly recommend. The workout plans are varied every day so you never get bored and the Pilates instructors are incredible! Special shoutout to my girls Steph and Anne!

Been at TODAY for over 3 years… That says plenty. From the equipment, to the cleanliness, workers, vibes and overall COMMUNITY! I’ve trained at many gyms and none compare. I find myself enjoying TODAY so much that I visit 7 days a week (sometimes several times a day) and swear by this place. A place that can fix my mood or attitude when coming. I’ll say it again I swear by this gym. If you’re reading this and are unsure about signing up, trust me do it! You won’t regret it.

I moved from the US to the area about a month ago and this gym has been a godsend. The reviews don't lie. If you're contemplating membership, I can in good faith encourage you to go on ahead with it.
