I had a very disappointing experience as a new patient here. I scheduled what I believed would be a standard cleaning appointment, but no one informed me ahead of time that the cleaning would require a completely separate visit. If you’re a new patient, I strongly recommend you ask this upfront so you don’t waste your time. When I expressed confusion about this, the response I got was essentially “that’s just how we do it,” with no acknowledgment or apology for the lack of communication. The entire staff was amazing! The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and the dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant were kind, patient, and understanding throughout my visit. Everyone made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. They were also fun to talk to, which made the appointment much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this office and am grateful for the excellent care I received.

I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk made the check-in process quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The dentist was very thorough, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire team made sure I was at ease throughout my visit. And I love my dental hygienist Hannah, she’s funny and explains everything and answers all my questions/concerns.

I arrived an hour early for my appointment and was told they couldn’t see me because they were busy, which I completely understood. However, when I returned at my scheduled appointment time, I only waited about five minutes before being taken back. That’s when things became frustrating. I was informed that they only had enough time to clean half of my mouth and that I would need to return on a different day to have the other half cleaned.
