Communication regarding the changing of my appointment time was not good. The office manager asked me if I could change my time- I said -No- she then changed the time anyway and did not notify me of that change. I had to sit waiting for an hour for my appointment. She wasn’t friendly initially when I advised her of the text exchange regarding the appointment. My teeth are extremely clean and they do a 5 star job with the teeth cleaning. The staff here is SUPER friendly and fun to be around with. I need a root canal and they can do it in office without having to see other doctors. That saves me time and money. I saw a Dr. L. I cannot remember the last name. If you are looking for a dentist this is your place. I forgot to mention that I normally dread going to a dentist but this place put me at ease
OMGosh I'm so glad I went to Today Dental of Haslet on Avondale-Haslet Road!!! They are so professional, so good at their craft, so NICE and KIND and when checking out, the young lady had already checked my insurance to see what I owed - and they would file for reimbursement/payment from insurance company - NOT me having to pay in advance and then me being reimbursed by insurance (many dental offices require patients to pay up front, office would submit paperwork to insurance and patient would be reimbursed). I was very pleasantly surprised with how incredibly friendly the staff was over the phone and in office. I was able to make a same day appointment and get the issue solved right away. I was given a clear treatment plan with different options available for me. It was a great experience and definitely a dental office I’ll be returning too. Thank you Dr Silva and staff.
So glad I chose this place!! The entire staff is so nice. They got me in quick & took care of my tooth infection & we have a plan for other work to be done. I definitely recommend Today Dental of Haslet.
