TiD was easy to deal with throughout my project. They were very quick to respond, clear about pricing, and consistent. The crew that did the work was the same group from start to finish so they all knew was going in and could answer my questions right away. TiD put in a new backyard deck for us and the layout is perfect. They built it with two levels so there's a higher section right off the sliding door and then it steps down to a bigger area where we put the grill and table. Looks really sharp and the materials feel like they are gonna last.
Porch was rotting out near the base of the steps were sketchy. TiD came out and replaced the whole thing. new porch is solid and looks way better than the original ever did
TiD build a big deck in the backyard. its roughly 18 by 24 with a separate bump out section for the grill. they used composite decking in a driftwood color and the fascia boards are a darker brown which gives it a nice contrast. the frame is pressure treated with double joists under the bump out since thats where the heavy stuff sits. they put in hidden fasteners everywhere so the surface is totally smooth, my kids run around barefoot and theres nothing to catch on. the stairs go down to a paver landing they also poured a sm... read more
Tid porch & deck builders built us a pergola attached to the back of the house and it’s become the main spot we hang out.the post are 6x6 cedar and they notched the rafters where they cross the beams so everything interlocks instead of just sitting on top. It throws nice striped shadows in the afternoon, my cat is obsessed with chasing them.
