Hard to find away from main area. Very quiet big self contained rooms. Showing its age however was comfortable. Tocumwal everything shuts early in town eat at the pub or Cafe shuts about 7pm.

Nestled in a quiet residential area, Tocumwal All Seasons is a nice & quiet little motel. I was travelling alone, so just booked a double room. It contained a split system air conditioner, 32" TV, double bed, couch, table & chairs (x2), a kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with a grill, hotplates, & range hood, tea, coffee & milk, as well as ample plates & cutlery. We had a group this past weekend 15th September 2019 of 19 people who unfortunately stayed in this motel. In my opinion this motel is disgusting, I wouldn’t even put my dog there for a night. Dirty soiled linen in the cupboards, mouldy towels, holes in the walls, terrible service from a motel owner who did not care and just shrugged his shoulders.
