Complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. The secretary or the lady that first took my call days prior was so kind and optimistic about setting up an "appointment " to make sure my car wouldn't be there too long for a standard tune up/oil leak issue. I got my car there at 7:45am as I was told. 7 hours past by and nothing I asked for had been done. Very impressed by everyone I interacted with, from mechanics to office personnel. I found them to be very honest and fair people, which is all you can ask for.
Very friendly, professional, fast and hassle free.. The ONLY (visited 4) shop around that was able to order, and install all 4 back tires - SAME DAY. Will be coming back here again. Thank You.
Matt is a nice and honest man. I appreciate his shop working on my car. They'll be getting my business from here on out.
