We used Toccoa glass years ago and they were great. NOT anymore! Customer service is horrible! They took our deposit and couldn’t get in touch when no one called about an estimate and date. After over a month of trying and finally talking with someone they never apologized and said “you must have fallen through the cracks” she claimed she was going to figure it out and call me right back then another month went by with no returned calls and we finally just got in contact with the owner.
