I was hired as a Foreman.They knew I had both knees replaced two years previous. My first week I was sent to a site in Waltham That you had to climb 11 flights every morning after walking a 1/4 mile to get to those stairs. I had to take one day after the first week on a Monday. The knees unfortunately did swell. The next day I was contacted by management who came up with such lame excuses for letting me go. In 46 Years I've never been let go by a company in the second week. I can honestly say I did not get a fair shot here.
