‼️‼️‼️Dear TOCA Soccer Center Management, We have been playing here every Tuesday from 9–10 PM for the past couple of years, booking our games monthly in advance, and until recently we had no issues at all. However, over the last few weeks, we have experienced problems for the second time—and this time it was completely unacceptable. They have a huge problem on scheduling. This is happening 2nd time. We are learning that our scheduled hour either cancelled, moved or not exists. We are playing soccer every Tuesday 9-10pm at this location or Warrensville location for more than 2 years, never had these type issues before.

We have been playing at the same time slot for the past two years, yet the staff at the desk arbitrarily moved our game one hour earlier without informing us. They then sold our original time slot to someone else. On top of that, they are trying to charge us as if we had played at our usual time. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened. They charge and they sell our field nether team. This happened second time in 3 weeks. Whoever runs there get it together man. Unbelievable
