I really enjoy Toca, but there's always a chance for us to make it even better. I take my son here, and the first time I met a coach named Jose, he was truly wonderful and so passionate about what he does. Whenever he notices something, he kindly corrects my son. After a while, I changed my schedule and began coming at a different time, and I noticed the other coaches seemed less involved in the game—they stand by and operate the machines. The instructors are awesome! However, trying to get out of this is like trying to leave a timeshare. It’s nearly impossible to get out and they keep just taking your money even if you move on and ask them to stop your membership. I don’t recommend signing up for anything because it’s impossible to stop paying this place. They keep telling you there’s some form to fill out, but they never send you the form and then they keep charging you. Do not recommend. It’s like a leach that once it latches on it won’t let you go.
