Emily has been my lead therapist for both of my knee replacements. She always has different strategies for me when I walk through the door. Emily keeps me inspired to put forth the effort to get better. She is phenomenal at her job.
I was rushed through my 1st appointment so I didn't get all my questions answered. I then told them NOT to do my FMLA paperwork since I would not be staying with them. They submitted the papers anyway with the WRONG information! If the surgeon is rushing me and the staff don't understand simple instructions, WHY would I let them do surgery on my spine?!??!?!?!? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
