Toby's is the very best jewelry store in Westchester. Beautiful and very different jewelry. And if you want they will design and create a special piece. Both Toby, her husband and the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Love going there.
DO NOT GO HERE—THEY ARE THIEVES. I brought a watch in to have the battery replaced. They broke the watch in trying to replace the battery. No one ever contacted me. I spoke to a variety of people at the store over the following four MONTHS by calling repeatedly. I was given one story after another about who had the watch, when it would be ready, etc. They finally told me after about 6 months that the watch was broken. They tried to insist that it was broken when they got it, but they had already sent it out for repair... read more
