WORD OF CAUTION! If you value your belongings, do not bring them here. The interior of the store appears old & outdated, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I brought in a watch for a simple battery replacement, but was told there was an issue with the movement and that I should take it to a corporate location instead. Not only was the issue not resolved, but the elderly technician was unable to properly reattach the back cover, which appears to have caused additional internal damage. We’ve had great experiences at Toby’s. They have made two custom pieces for me that are incredibly beautiful! Their repair service is top notch and extremely reasonably priced. Lovely, honest people!

DO NOT GO HERE—THEY ARE THIEVES. I brought a watch in to have the battery replaced. They broke the watch in trying to replace the battery. No one ever contacted me. I spoke to a variety of people at the store over the following four MONTHS by calling repeatedly. I was given one story after another about who had the watch, when it would be ready, etc. They finally told me after about 6 months that the watch was broken. Toby's is the very best jewelry store in Westchester. Beautiful and very different jewelry. And if you want they will design and create a special piece. Both Toby, her husband and the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Love going there.
