When we talked to Toby, he was very likable at first. Told us he prepared our taxes and needed to pay him. After we paid him he said he filed our taxes to both IRS and Franchise Tax Board. After waiting for a couple of months. I called both agencies and I was told no filing has been done. When we texted and emailed Toby about this he ghosted us. Took our money and disappeared.
