I’m happy to go to Toby for haircuts. He is good at what he does, and is always welcoming to me. One of the few in the area that accept walk-ins.
Beyond rude. Tried asking simple questions about availability and was hung up on. Would take my business elsewhere.
Not a good experience. This place is for locals only, he will tell you that. Actually shameful. You should be ashamed of yourself, if somebody puts their trust in you and you take advantage of them, that's nothing to be proud of. I should've left when I saw him put on the mask. I knew something was wrong, but I gave the benefit of the doubt, you are not good at what you are doing.
Always a great conversation and leave with a fresh cut!
