My livingroom had horrible water damage done to ceiling and drywall. I called three other contractors and got estimates for 3x the price they were asking, and even signed a contract with one that broke his own contract and never did the work even giving them a extra month to show up, after giving them a deposit. In a couple of days one guy showed up and scraped all the popcorn off livingroom and foyer ceiling, repaired all the bad drywall, and Spanish lace the ceiling. I had the popcorn scrapped off my ceilings and Spanish lace put on. They fixed my skylights and repaired some drywall. Absolutely love their work! Would highly recommend.
