I have been everywhere from the Mayo in Arizona to Cleveland clinic in Ohio UofU all over this state and told I can’t help you. This man spent over a hour listening then over another hour on computer looking at history and what to put me on and get me off! I love that he Doesn’t push the pharmaceutical's and steers towards supplements. Dr. Poulson is very approachable, and down to earth. I really appreciated the way he explained things to me, and put me at ease right from the start.
It seems like other people have had great experiences with Dr. Paulson, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I have had 2 appointments with him and so far would not recommend him. Both times I waited quite a while to be called back, then waited in the room for over half an hour. When he did come in, his bedside manner felt very dry impersonal. Dr. Paulson is the most helpful doctor I've ever been to and I've been to many. He's a good listener, thinks outside the box, has many ideas to try, and doesn't give up on you. If you are looking for a cardiologist I'd definitely recommend him.
Finally, a doctor that doesn’t have a God complex and will not only listen, but validate and get a treatment plan going.
