Horrible customer service. The product I ordered was sent to an incorrect address. When I received the tracking number, I brought this to the company’s attention. No response. Paid expedited shipping and three weeks later, still no product. When I called customer service to check if my email was received, I was asked to verify my address, provide a confirmation number, and the credit card I paid with. Fair enough. Unfortunately, the customer entered her ship to address as a PO Box and ***** requires a physical address. The product was shipped as soon as it became available. The supply chain problem has caused many products to be back ordered. This customer then proceeded to cancel payment on her credit card once the product was received. ***** tracking number verifies the product was received. That is FRAUD.
