A few shingles came off after a strong wind storm just about 1 year after work was done. Sent pictures, called, left several messages. They said they would come, never showed up. Called back several times, same thing. Got to the point where they just ignored the calls to avoid replacing a few shingles! I would not recommend this company.

These guys are very unreliable,installed new roof in Nov 2021,started getting a leak after and everytime we called the lady that answered claim Nobody is available.We called multiple times to hear the same thing over and over till we stop calling,The roof came with a 25yr warranty.I check the roof and there’s certain parts that was cut short and left opened

Was given money and can't get it back calling make excuse after another I want my money back

They were responsive to an unexpected roofing problem. Scheduled a weekend repair and worked quickly. The provided video and photo of the work at my request (since I could not see the problem myself). Very pleased.

Though Tobli did not do work, he did offer a service. We had small leak in kitchen, which he quickly assessed was probably from a gap in window flashing above it. He suggested an easy fix if I wished to do myself or via handyman-basically caulk the flashing areas- or he could perform a more comprehensive repair. (I did some caulking and so far okay). Wished to thank him. He was quite generous with his time, seemed to care, and when it is time to consider new roof perhaps in few years I will re-contact for formal estimate. In... read more
