Horrible. Can not get through on the phone line and says the caller has CALLER restrictions…. So they charge you for vehicles sitting in the lot but no numbers and where will get you to someone to talk.
Rude and incompetent
I am an independent Auto Appraiser! Great people! I was there today and the young man who met me was very professional and kind. All of the phone conversations went very well. I highly recommend this business!
They were very friendly and kind. When I got lost and couldn't find the place, the man I called repeatedly didn't get angry or frustrated, he kindly explained how to get to the yard. Having your vehicle impounded is not a great experience to begin with, but it helps when the tow people aren't mean or hateful & these people weren't at all!
Towed my car from house to KIA Dealer. Fast service.
