I really appreciate Josh my PT who listened well and understood my vestibular issues. He provided me with information that helped to confirm I was dealing with vestibular neuritis. He also helped me with knowing what I needed to do and showed me which led to a noticeable reduction of my dizziness. I’m so grateful! Recently received excellent PT support at Foothills—2835 E Brown Rd for knee replacement surgery rehabilitation. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and upbeat. They are attentive to your individual needs and use a team approach to planning your PT sessions. The facility is well designed and equipped. I looked forward to going to every session. Not a good experience. Changed to another provider with much better success. I visited Foothills for joint surgery rehab. My PT did not seem to be familiar with my rehab orders before starting the session, passed me off to a PT assistant who didn’t seem to know what she was doing/supposed to do when showing me new exercises, said she did not have time to print the exercise pictures/instructions to take home with me, and did not offer instructions on how to perform the exercises at home without gym equipment.
