I went to Foothills on Brown Rd after battling a massive knee injury. My end result was the need for a knee replacement after a previous surgery. I went into therapy behind the 8 ball. Lindsey spent so much time working on my knee and helping me regain my life back. I cannot thank her enough a year later. Without her persistence and diligence I would not be where I am today.
I was in so much hip pain for about a year. I couldn’t hike, comfortably finish a day at work or cook dinner without being in severe pain. Josh Korson at Foothills sports medicine taught me about staying neutral and doing certain physical excesses to strengthen my weak muscles and I am now pain free! One of the best physical therapy experiences I've had. Josh developed a program to address my specific issues. We were suprised how quickly I responded. I was able to easily do the stretches and exercises at home. Everyone at Foothills Physical Therapy were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Great place. I highly recommend.
