I don't have enough good words to say about North Mesa Foothills! I've been working with them on and off for 3 years now and they have helped me in so many ways. Every single PT and trainer there is so welcoming and always willing to go beyond to help in whatever way they need. I am a physical therapist myself and THIS is where I go for my PT and the only ones I trust. I’ve seen David, Lindsey, and Josh and each of them are absolutely fantastic! They’ve helped with mild things like shoulder pain with exercise but also with more complicated things like when I was hit by a drunk driver, concussed, whiplash, among other things. Saw David for shoulder issues. I play volleyball and pickleball so it was important to get it taken care of. He was awesome and super helpful. My shoulder feels much more stable and I’m excited to get back to playing!
The staff at North Mesa foothills physical therapy are fantastic! They’re all very attentive, make sure I do my exercises correctly, and are all very personable. Everything is explained and they always answer my questions. David set up a great program for me which I am still continuing after my treatment sessions. It’s worked much better than any other method I’ve tried for my shoulder pain. Sydney and Sam are great, as well as all of the supporting staff.
