The office staff was not welcoming or friendly. Patients are reaching out because we're seeking help and support, so kindness and compassion should be the first step. Unfortunately, this first impression was enough for me to look for care elsewhere.
We had a great experience here. The staff was great and made us feel at ease. Dr. Tobkes listened to our concerns and explained what we needed to do in a way that made us feel very comfortable.
