I lost majority if my hearing overnight, big surprise, went to another place and was completely unsatisfied, saw an ad for Tobin Hearing, went, and now on 2nd set of aids. Thank you Jim for being so understanding, kind and patient with this sometime grumpy person. Hearing loss us not the best thing in the world especially when it happens so suddenly.
