As a debt collector, it's a shitty situation. But they did work with me, and when I'm running behind on payment arrangement Bernadette has been kind and just encourages me to get the check in mail ASAP.
This place is horrible i tried to negotiate what i could pay and they said they’d work with me and lower my original payment but lied and didn’t change anything .
