Our goal, at the Stephen Tobias Hearing Center is to best serve the public's hearing needs. We provide hearing evaluations, hearing aid sales and service, in house modifications, minor repairs and batteries. We carry most brands of hearing aids. We also make custom earplugs for hearing protection.

RecommendedSteve Tobias helped my son order and fit his noise cancelling earbuds. Steve and my son are musicians so that really gave me comfort. Steve was very kind and explained what my 16 year old son needed to know. I highly recommend Steve to help anybody any age with their hearing concerns!
I have been working with Steve for over twenty years. He works to find the best hearing aids and provided compassionate, honest assistance. I currently have the Oticon OPN hearing aids AND they are amazing! There was no adjustment period and the best sound quality I've ever had. I'm 56 and have been wearing hearing aids for forty years.
I was panicked a bit when my dog Jaxs chewed up the ear mold to Mom's left hearing aid. I was thankful that the actual hearing aid was not damaged. Mom had been dealing with another company in Quincy for DECADES so I called them to order a new mold. The other company has become part of a larger company and has lost all sense of customer service, I was told that in addition to the cost of the new mold, I would need to pay $249.00 for "their" services even though they wouldn't be seeing Mom. I just got a new set of Oticon hearing aids from Tobias Hearing. Steve did an amazing job to answer all my questions and spent lots of time with me fine tuning all the settings. He made sure I was more than satisfied with the sound levels in my new hearing aids. I would highly recommend Tobias Hearing to anyone with hearing loss. They have really given me my confidence back in social situations.
