I called on 9/14 to schedule an appointment to discuss a funeral for my husband that had just passed. I was treated very rudely. It was all about money, money and money. Was I shopping around, could I bring my life insurance policy right then to the appointment. Kindred took amazing care of my husband and myself. Thanks for being rude.
The location in Beavercreek was wonderful in August when my husband passed away. My Dad just passed away and I went through the one in Englewood since it was closer. They are less than helpful and they lack empathy.
