I was treated with utmost disrespect by any funeral home I have been to. The guy was very rude when making the arrangements and at the funeral itself. He even went as far as lying about the death certificates. He kept saying the place downtown messed up,. Three times he said that and I had to call his boss and lo and behold they had them the whole time. It was bad enough losing my sister who was basically my mom.
