There isn’t an option for less than one star, so one will have to do. I’m sure the physicians here are great, but the front desk answered the call and said “This is Brittany.” No acknowledgement of what establishment I’ve called, nothing. Then when I questioned it, she said “Oh yeah. This is trinity health solutions. May I ask who is calling??” Uhhhh not a new patient, that’s for sure. Super unprofessional.
My first visit today and I loved the feel of the environment..the nurse was great and Dr. Tobias was very thorough.
Dr. Tobias is my PCP and also my wife's PCP. Fortunately he moved to McKinney, because by far, Dr. Tobais is the best PCP we've ever had. He takes his time, listens, and provides sound medical advice and care. He's treated us for about a year now, and we could not be happier.
