I was a patient of Tobi Thaller 4 years ago and she did not take my symptoms seriously. I was diagnosed with metastatic thyroid cancer shortly after finding a better doctor. My father was also a patient of Tobi Thaller these last 4 years and he always complained about how she never listened to him or took his complaints seriously. Dr. Thaller and her entire team are the best. They take their time and really listen to your concerns, helping you come up with the best possible care plan. I'm 41 yrs old and this is the best team I've ever had in my corner.
I made an appointment with Dr. Thaller to establish a medical relationship with her. I have been going through some very painful and scary medical issues and needed guidance. The day of the appointment, her office called to reschedule because THEY forgot to have me fill out new patient paperwork. Unacceptable! Needless to say, I scheduled my new appointment with a different medical facility.
