I was communicating with Tobi via email after two voicemails going unanswered. She didn’t respond after I gave her my insurance information, and she ignored my follow up email the day after. It’s been nearly a week and no response from her at all. Thankfully I am not experiencing a mental health crisis. I will be going elsewhere to work with a more reliable therapist.
