My 79 year old sister was brought in by ambulance, it took over an hour for them to look at her. They gave her iv fluids and would walk out when she asked a question. They did labs and chest xray. Told her she has covid, sent her home and told her to "ride it out". No compassion.

I want to start off by thanking my care team during my ER visit. I have bad anxiety in hospital settings due to treatment i’ve received at BIDH Plymouth. I suffer from chronic pain and was having a flare up that required medical intervention. In the middle of trying to find a PCP, the ER is the only place I could go. The PA, Tyler not only listened to what I was saying but also validated all my pain. He immediately ran labs and gave me a referral, something I NEED to actually get my foot in the door of healing. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the entire team that cared for me. The care and compassion shown by everyone was exceptional, and my family and I truly appreciated it. Although I was there for 5 hours and 15 minutes, everything else went great. Jennifer Correa is awesome! So was the young lady who took my info. Sadly I can't remember her name but she was quite pregnant and quite knowledgeable and quite kind! The intake lady was great too! I was in a wheelchair and got the blanket stuck in the wheels and two security guards and Jennifer helped get me out of that mess! Great people!
