Dr. Tobar is an excellent cardiologist. In hospital and out he is extremely caring and right there with you through the entire experience. So very thankful for him.
I’ve been treated by Dr. Tobar for over four years. I’m sure I’d have died without him. He is thoughtful, conscientious, and understanding as well as extremely competent. His office is always well kept and his staff are extremely service oriented. I haven’t had a single bad experience with anyone in his office in all the time he’s treated me. I would highly recommend him.
