Janna and her team is the best out of all the tobacco barns I have shopped at. Not only do they know their customers by their first names but they are always friendly and care about their customers. Myself as their customer I have grown to love them as family. I will continue to purchase all of my tobacco, sodas and ice at Janna and her Teams store in Silsbee. Dawn Haynes

I go every day to get a drink and the girls are always so friendly and happy.
Very rude, the young lady with blonde highlights has a nasty attitude, went through the other day as well and a different lady was working and her attitude was even worse, horrible customer service !!!! If you don’t like your job find a new one!
Checker was very nice and I didn't have to wait for service very long
