Not a good closing experience at all. I sent closing attorney an email saying I would be out of town prior to closing, they totally ignored it. I believe it's required to send HUD statement 24 hr prior to closing, that never came. They misspelled my name on legal documents. Then after docs were signed, I didn't get my check for proceeds of the sale. They acted like it was no big deal. I had to sit and wait wondering if there was some big problem looming.
