I really wanted to like this place, but should have read some of the recent reviews. As mentioned by another diner, we were met with an electronic pad to add us to a "waitlist". It estimated a wait time of 15-35 minutes I believe. There were quite a few people standing outside waiting when we arrived but we were willing to wait the estimated time. Sunday morning brunch nightmare! We decided to try this restaurant for brunch. To begin with you don't speak to a human, you put your name into an ipad. After waiting 45 minutes to get a table, we sat another 20 minutes till someone even addressed us. It took forever to get simple drinks, e.g., coffee, water. They forgot my husband's water. Realistically I wish this place held a 4.5 star review but it was very underwhelming, $20+ for a burrito that is small in my opinion, was thinking maybe it’s not about the size but about how it taste, chorizo was not it, shredded cheese in the burrito like cmon. I could make myself this burrito at home and even better. Tater tots felt like from a bag, not even freshly made or anything. Genuinely the only good thing here was the coffee. This restaurant is sadly very loud, cramped and has limited parking. The area it resides in is terrible and it attracts loud, obnoxious people who cant park correctly and seem to lack class and manners. You can barely hear yourself talk and they’re understaffed, I feel bad for the employees. They say you have 90 minutes to dine but take 45 minutes to bring out the food and they got one item incorrect. The food is standard, nothing stands out. It just food.
