This was my second time at Toasted IB and this experience was not as expected. I joined the waitlist online, but when we walked in the place was not even half full. We were told to wait 7 minutes. But it was actually about 20 minutes. The host seemed like he was having a bad day - no customer service skills. Once seated, water and beverages took more than 5 minutes to get delivered/order taken. It's not worth it. Even as complementary. When breakfast is included, I rarely complain, but the place is so ridiculously understaffed that it takes 20+ for someone to acknowledge you and 30+ to even take your order. After a long wait, I decided to move on with my day. Avoid if you have other things in your agenda.

Love this place. Come almost once a week for a good little brunch or after work decompress. Never once had bad service, always had delightful and attentive servers. They never steered me wrong about the food choices & were honest about which ones that they wouldn’t recommend. Also made sure we were away of closing times, so that we would get the most for our money for the bottomless mimosas. Where do I start. Walking into a Gorgeous smelling resort on the beach and you walk over to their gorgeous restaurant that has beach and ocean sight outdoor seating, and look at their menu and see 29$ for a chicken Alfredo you would think that would be the best chicken Alfredo you ever will have. Beyond disappointed NONE and I mean NONE of the food tasted of anything, the shrimp was so burnt the shrimp taste was GONE. We paid something like 100$ for 4.
