It's rare we get pizza from anywhere else after finding this place.
Did an online order. They made my pizza but did not make my 2 meatball subs. Had to wait with no apologies for their mistake. In all I had 2 warm subs and a very cold pizza. I have had problems with them in the past . That was my last visit. Too many pizza places in the area to give them a fourth chance.
This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered from any business. They delivered my order to the wrong address, and when I contacted them to correct it, they refused and told me to deal with it. I recorded the conversation. I am initiating a chargeback through my credit card company. I will also forward the recording to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for deceptive practices violating the FTC Act, and to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) to complain against their ... read more
