We spent over 1000 dollars on visits to this clinic, .not cheap at all and you would think that when you walk in you are greeted with a cordial welcome and a smile but unfortunately the older blonde lady at the reception desk did the contrary. We are not going back due to her lack of communication skills and customer service.
Love them. They are great with your fur babies and the staff is amazing. And the vet is the best around.. Highly recommend Toano Animal Clinic
My husband and were visiting the area over the New Years holiday when our elderly whippet became quite ill. We went to Toano Animal Clinic rather than one of the larger corporate clinics, and we are glad we did. Dr. Averitt was able to diagnose Amelia with pancreatitis, and Amelia was feeling much better the next day. Amelia gives Toano Animal Clinic two paws up!
Absolutely the best veterinarian clinic around great staff most amazing doctor. I would definitely recommend going here for all of your animals. Medical needs.
