Tran used to be a good doctor but I think greed has something to do with his shady business practices. We spent more than 10k at his office and had some work fail after only a year or two. When we went to see Tran regarding this he would not even enter the office without us signing his form. It’s honestly so unfortunate that such a good doctor could fall so far from grace. Such terrible experiences here. Every single time I had work done something went wrong (veneers, both temp and permanent) always required a minimum of 2-3 visits to correct and replace. Between my husband and I we spent 10’s of thousands of dollars. When we moved to another dentist and requested our records, he never even followed up to ask why. Also, when doing aesthetic work, he requires a waiver signed so he is not responsible for anything. Charged full price for repairs too. Ok for just general dentistry and the girls in... read more
First time today. So professional and friendly. Both Dr. Tran and Gigi explained everything so I understood. Dr. Tran will be doing some well needed dental work. Gigi - best cleaning I have ever had!
