David was wonderful! I was connected to him as I was searching for lenders that were Maryland Mortgage Program certified. He was SOOO responsive. Any questions I had, he answered with no hesitation. I switched to First Home Mortgage late in my closing process but David and his team were still able to get me closed ON TIME!! He also helped me find any programs I was able to qualify for….
