One of the most unpleasant Harley dealerships I’ve ever been to. The ladies working in clothing were rude and not helpful- won’t be back
They treated us like we were family and mad us fill at home I could have walked away from that company without buying a motorcycle in being completely happy with it from the way they treated us you don't get that kind of service anymore
I broke down on day 2 of a 10 day trip. I was 32 miles away from them and less than 2 hours until they close. Toad Suck Harley picked me and my bike up, dropped me at a hotel near the Service shop having me back on the road within 2 hours of opening the next day. They not only fixed my bike but went through it assuring it would make the trip. I don’t normally leave reviews but I can’t speak highly enough about these guys, thank you Toad Suck Harley in Conway Arkansas!
Cody in parts sets the bar for customer service. He went over and beyond for me. He is priceless! Thank you for saving me with the kickstand springs cody. I appreciate you and your efforts!
