Many thanks to Brent and the folks in the service department. I experienced a mechanical failure coming into Arkansas. I called them and explained the situation and that I was traveling cross country. This was 11am on a Saturday. They confirmed they had the parts and told me to head their way. I arrived at 12:15pm and they had me out at 3:30pm. The work was done well but there was no one to clean up the bike. We ran into rain. That evening at the Oklahoma line so it really didn't matter.
