I heard about Dr. To Bao Toan from some friends, so I asked my family doctor to refer me to him. It turned out that Dr. Toan is a great doctor. He explained everything in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions. I really appreciate his care and professionalism. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Toan is very knowledgeable and attentive. He takes time to listen and explain things clearly. Receptionist is also very professional and helpful.
The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was making things difficult and showed no willingness to help.
Very efficient and accomodating staff. Needed urgent test and they got me in sooner. Dr To was very friendly and Kamal, the front staff was very helpful with my appointments.
